Food got you down?

  • Acid Reflux (G.E.R.D.)
  • Colitis
  • Crohn's
  • Celiac's

Do you find that you can no longer eat some foods because they cause you extreme discomfort?  Are your symptoms getting worse despite the use of medication to control them?  Do you suffer from any of the following after eating?

  • Stomach pain, belching
  • Gas, bloating in the small intestine
  • Alternating constipation/diarrhea
  • Hives/skin reactions

All food reactions start with their effect on the meridian system.  Foods such as wheat and gluten cause a lot of stress because of the way they stimulate the meridian system, which then upsets the balance of the body’s digestive and other processes.

Simply avoiding foods may not be the answer because many nutrients are food specific.  Avoiding them may result in nutritional imbalances.  Also, many people continue to suffer allergic effects even when they avoid certain foods.  That is because the meridian system “remembers” these stressors and continues to react to them.

NAET balances the meridian system and “turns-off” the reaction. Even patients who suffer severe colon stress may be able to tolerate foods like wheat and gluten once they have been fully treated with NAET.

Here is what some of my patients who have suffered from food reactions have to say about NAET:

Ryan's story:
After Ryan turned 2, we began noticing some blood in his stools.  Shortly before his 3rd birthday, he had a colonoscopy and was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis.  He was put on medication (not liquid and was a struggle to get in him 3 times a day) which we were told he would need for the rest of his life, along with bloodwork every 3 months and routine colonoscopies. We accepted that diagnosis and began his medication which did improve his symptoms for the first 6 months.  Then in March of 2010, Ryan had a "flare-up."  This was the first time he seemed to experience any pain and for 5 days, he had quite a bit of pain and much bleeding.  We repeatedly called the pediatric gastroenterologist who kept upping his medication. Next step was to start steroids.  At this point, I called Dr. Crandall thinking that we had nothing to lose--why not give NAET a try.
After weekly trips over the next 5 months to see Dr. Crandall, we were able to wean Ryan off his medication and he has now been medication free for almost 2 months!  He has been having normal stools on a regular basis with no bleeding and is still able to eat anything we give him.
We are complete believers in the effectiveness of NAET!  Although skeptical at first, we can not deny the change in Ryan's health and are most grateful to Dr. Crandall for saving Ryan from a lifetime of pain and medication.

--------------------

My doctors at Mt. Sinai, were stymied. All they could suggest was a medication with horrible side- effects.

I was unable to digest hardly any foods without physical discomfort. I was told after genetic testing that I also had celiac disease. After additional testing, I was told that I had off the chart intestinal bacteria and fructose and dairy intolerance levels that were too high to count. Along with the above I had Crohn's disease as my mother had had since the age of eight, along with newly acquired chemical allergies.  Although the quality of my health was very poor, I refused to take the medicine, the doctors suggested. It was at this time that one of the doctor's privately said, " it’s time to go alternative ".

Since, I started N.A.E.T., with Dr. Crandall, my health has drastically improved. Despite the diagnosis of Celiac Disease, I am now able to eat wheat and gluten products with no further complications. My blood work shows no inflammation and my last colonoscopy shows only a small area of inflammation where I had my previous surgery. For the first time in thirty years, I am no longer anemic and am full of energy. I never knew what it felt like to feel healthy, but I do now!

My multiple chemical sensitivity had pretty much confined me to a stripped down home and limited my interactions with people. This made it impossible for me to work. I have now resumed my work activities, I can travel, ride the subways, visit museums, theater, and movies. I can actually shop in a store’s cosmetic department without experiencing any allergic reactions. I have my life back!

It has been a long work in progress.  About 85% of my allergies have been eliminated or decreased.

I am continuing to have more treatments to eliminate my remaining allergies.  When you feel this good, you get greedy for more. I have never enjoyed my life more and will be forever grateful to Dr. Crandall.

Thank you,

Ina
